Philippines Participates in the ACD Ministerial Meeting 

On behalf of Secretary Teodoro L. Locsin Jr., Undersecretary for Multilateral Affairs and International Economic Relations Lourdes O. Yparraguirre joined ACD Foreign Ministers in the Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Ministerial Meeting hosted by Foreign Minister Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani of the Kingdom of Bahrain, incoming Chair of the ACD held virtually on 17 November 2021.

In her remarks, Undersecretary Yparraguirre said: “A global economy that is resilient to global health crises must also be resilient in the face of an existential global crisis such as climate change. We should work towards a post-pandemic recovery that targets not only the health of our people, but also the health of the planet.” OUMAIER Assistant Secretary Eric Gerardo E.
