PH, Brunei Highlight Gains as Bilateral Partners

PASAY CITY 24 June 2022 — Secretary of Foreign Affairs Teodoro L. Locsin, Jr. and Brunei Ambassador to the Philippines Johariah Wahab looked back at the prolific gains of Philippines-Brunei Darussalam relations over the past several years during a courtesy call on 22 June 2022 at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Manila. 

The two sides expressed satisfaction with the cordial and enduring ties between the Philippines and Brunei, not only as ASEAN members but also as bilateral partners deeply engaged in peace and security cooperation, trade and investment, and people-to-people exchanges.  The Ambassador gave assurance of Brunei’s continued support to the Philippines under the incoming administration.  END
