DFA Personnel Participate in Effective Communication Workshops

PASAY CITY 14 October 2022 — The Department of Foreign Affairs successfully organized four batches of the competency-based Effective Communication Workshop for its personnel from June to September 2022. Around 80 DFA personnel stationed in Manila, in various Consular Offices, and Foreign Service Posts participated in these workshops.

The workshop was developed by the Department’s Human Resources Management Office (HRMO) in partnership with Guthrie-Jensen Consultants, Inc., a leading training provider in the Philippines, to enhance the participants’ competence on effective and assertive communication, as well as other core and leadership competencies, to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the Department’s services to all its stakeholders.
