Undersecretary Domingo and Dutch Ambassador Geraedts Explored Avenues of Cooperation on Agriculture, Economy, and Maritime Concerns

PASAY CITY 07 November 2022 – Foreign Affairs Acting Undersecretary for Civilian Security and Consular Affairs Jesus S. Domingo met with Ambassador Maria Alfonsa Magdalena Geraedts of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on 28 October 2022 at the DFA Home Office in Pasay City.

Undersecretary Domingo and Ambassador Geraedts highlighted the strong ties and people-to-people links between the Philippines and the Netherlands.

Among the topics discussed were economic, maritime and agricultural cooperation.

Undersecretary Domingo expressed appreciation for the Netherland’s notable contribution in the development of hybrid seeds that help increase the yields of Filipino farmers. END
