PASAY CITY, 14 March 2023 – Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Jesus S. Domingo met with Ireland’s Minister of State at the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science with special responsibility for Skills and Further Education, Niall Collins on 14 March 2023, at the DFA.

Undersecretary Domingo and Minister of State Collins highlighted the strong ties and cultural links between the Philippines and Ireland.

Among the topics discussed were cooperation on vocational skills and further education cooperation. END
