DFA CO San Fernando, Pampanga Opens "Pagpugay sa Lahing Kapampangan" for the National Heritage Month

SAN FERNANDO 24 May 2023 – The DFA Consular Office in San Fernando Pampanga paid tribute to local talents as it opened its “Pagpugay sa Lahing Kapampangan” exhibit at the consular office on 02 May 2023 in celebration of the National Heritage Month. 

Featuring Kapampangan arts and craftsmanship, the consular office was turned into an office-cum-showroom as it displayed the artworks of Kapampangan artists Agnes Romero, Mike Alapitan, Aris Bagtas, RP Gatmaitan, and Daniel Dizon throughout the office, as well as the famous Pampanga Parul and furniture from Betis Pampanga for the appreciation of its applicants and other mall goers. 

The Consular Office also featured its cultural diplomacy video “Pampanga: Pidayit, Pamangan, Parul ampung Passport”  on its monitors highlighting Pampanga’s beauty, heritage, cuisine, craftsmanship and the office’s services (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_f0myRiSDrQ). 

“Pagpugay sa Lahing Kapampangan” will be on display at the Consular Office until 31 May 2023. END
