CO Iloilo Receives Recognition from PESO Iloilo


Ms. Quennie Joyce Alejano of CO Iloilo receives the plaque of recognition awarded to the DFA Consular Office Iloilo by the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Iloilo.

ILOILO 10 October 2023 – The Consular Office in Iloilo was recognized again by the Iloilo Provincial Public Employment Service Office (PESO) for its valuable assistance as part of the government help desks during the conduct of PESO Job Fairs during the 2022 Governor’s Award: Provincial Search for Best PESO Awarding Ceremony held on 28 September 2023 at the Zuri Hotel in Iloilo City.

The awarding ceremony was organized by PESO to recognize the accomplishments and best practices of PESOs in the province of Iloilo, and to also honor other government agencies and private companies that contribute to the success of PESO’s programs and projects. 

CO Iloilo has been one of PESO’s partners for employment facilitation services and has been actively participating in Job Fairs conducted by PESO, thus the granting of the award to acknowledge the continued support of the Department to the programs and projects of PESO for the Ilonggos. END
