PH Foreign Affairs and Health Officials Meet on Joint Health Cooperation Projects with WHO

MANILA 26 March 2024 – DFA officials, headed by Acting Secretary for Foreign Affairs Eduardo José A. de Vega, received Health Secretary Teodoro J. Herbosa and other Department of Health (DOH) officials during a meeting on Tuesday, 12 March 2024. The officials discussed pathways towards inter-agency and international health cooperation efforts, including working with the World Health Organization (WHO) for the vaccination of Filipino children.

A number of DFA officials posted overseas as well as DOH officials based in Mindanao also attended the meeting through virtual platforms, and shared their insights on the matters discussed. END
