FSI Receives Exemplary Rating in FY 2022 Performance-based Bonus Scorecard 

FSI personnel, together with Assistant Secretary Francisco Noel R. Fernandez III, celebrated the FY 2022 PBB findings.

PASAY 05 April 2024 – The Foreign Service Institute (FSI) was conferred 100 points in the Performance-based Bonus Scorecard for Fiscal Year 2022. After thorough evaluation of the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Harmonization of National Government Performance Monitoring, Information and Reporting Systems and the AO 25 Secretariat, the Task Force concluded that FSI delivered service improvements in four dimensions of accountability, namely: (1) performance, (2) process, (3) financial, and (4) citizen / client satisfaction results.

Further, FSI likewise achieved 11 out of 11 compliance to Agency Accountability Requirements which demonstrate its commitment to good governance. The full report of FSI’s Agency Scorecard is available on its Transparency Seal.

This achievement highlights FSI’s efforts and dedication to continually improve its services in fulfilling its mandate. In 2022, the FSI Director General was Ambassador Jose Maria A. Cariño.
