DFA Consular Office in Cebu Officially Opens New Location in Robinsons Galleria Cebu City

CEBU CITY 08 August 2024 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Consular Office in Cebu officially opened its new location on Monday at the 3rd Floor of Robinsons Galleria Mall, General Maxilom Avenue Extension, Sergio Osmena Jr. Blvd. in Cebu City. 

The Consular Office transferred from its former location in Pacific Mall Metro Mandaue. 

The opening of the Consular Office’s new location in the capital city of Cebu is aligned with the ongoing efforts of the DFA in making consular services within reach and with newer and upgraded facilities. 

The Consular Office in Cebu at Robinsons Galleria continues to extend passport, authentication/apostille, and other consular services. Meanwhile, passport services continue to be available at the Temporary Offsite Passport Service (TOPS) in SM City Cebu and SM City Consolacion.
