PASAY 08 November 2024 - The Department of Foreign Affairs and the DFA-Rank and File Association (DFA-RFA) signed a new Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) that reaffirms their shared commitment to promote the wellbeing and welfare of the Department’s employees.
The signing ceremony, held at the DFA Headquarters, was led by Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique A. Manalo and DFA-RFA Secretary General Dominic G. Macaraig and attended by key officials from both parties. The Agreement will be in force for the next four years.
The newly signed Agreement outlines a comprehensive framework that addresses a wide range of issues that positively impact DFA employees, such as financial benefits, participation in internal Committees and programs geared towards career development. It is a significant step towards the shared vision of a harmonious workplace where employees can thrive and contribute to the success of the Department. END
