DFA Signs 2024-2028 Collective Negotiation Agreement with DFA Rank and File Association 

MANILA 12 March 2025 — The Department of Foreign Affairs and the DFA Rank-and-File Association, headed by Secretary General Dominic G. Macaraig, concluded the awarding of the certificate of registration of the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) for 2024-2028, pursuant to Executive Order No. 180 (1987) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, on 03 March 2025.

The awarding ceremony, led by Director Philip C. Apostol of the Civil Service Commission, was held at the DFA Double Dragon Tower, Pasay City after the DFA Flag Raising Ceremony and was joined by Undersecretary Ma. Hellen B. Dela Vega, Undersecretary Eduardo Jose A. De Vega, Chief Coordinator Bernadette Therese C. Fernandez, and the DFA-RFA Officers/Negotiating Team. 

The CNA will be binding through 03 December 2028. END
