The Philippines strongly condemns the brutal killing of First Lieutenant Muath Kasasbeh by ISIS. We extend our deep condolences to His Majesty King Abdullah II, to the family of First Lieutenant Kasasbeh, and to the Jordanian people for their loss.

The Philippines stands in solidarity with Jordan and the rest of the international community and reiterates its unwavering commitment to do our share in the fight against terrorism, the propagation of extremist ideas, and crimes against humanity. END
