07 April 2015 –  The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) wishes to inform the public that there will be no consular services (e.g., passport and authentication/”red ribbon”) on April 09  (Thursday) in all DFA Satellite Offices (SOs) and Regional Consular Offices (RCOs) in observance of Araw ng Kagitingan. In compliance with Proclamation  No. 831, s. 2014, this day shall commemorate the valor and sacrifice of those who died for our country’s freedom.

Regular passport and authentication services shall resume the following day, April 10 (Friday).
