05 August 2015 – At the sidelines of the 48th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on August 04, Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert F. del Rosario met with his counterpart, His Excellency Pham Binh Minh, Vietnam’s Minister of Foreign Affairs. The two Ministers discussed enhancing cooperative activities to further expand bilateral relations, as well as the Philippines’ hosting of the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting in November 2015. END
