The Philippines condemns in the strongest terms the suicide attack on Gulshan Iqbal Park in Lahore, Pakistan.

The attack, which took the lives of at least 67 people and injured over 300, is a reprehensible and cowardly act that has no place in civilized society.

As of writing, there is no report of any Filipino casualty in the regrettable incident.

The Philippine Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan continues to monitor the situation and is ready to provide assistance to Filipino nationals who may be affected by the incident.
