Loboc Children’s Choir Highlights Australia Celebration of PH Independence Day

SYDNEY 03 July 2018 — The Philippine Embassy in Australia invited the Loboc Children’s Choir to perform in Sydney Olympic Park, Penrith City, and in Blacktown City as part of the Philippine Culture and Arts Festival.
The events of Loboc, the world-famous choir, were organized by the Philippine Community Council of New South Wales, the Penrith City, Philippine Language and Cultural Association of Australia, the Blacktown City Council with Mr. Jade Cadelina and the Boholanos and Friends.
The children’s group performed in Canberra and Melbourne, before proceeding to Sydney to participate in the celebration of the 120th anniversary of the proclamation of Philippine independence events, organized by the Filipino community of New South Wales in cooperation with the Philippine Consulate General in Sydney.
