BARCELONA 27 June 2023 – An eco-friendly e-jeepney stole the show during Barcelona’s celebration of the 125th anniversary of the declaration of Philippine independence dubbed “Mano Po: Una Gran Celebracion del Patrimonio Filipino” held on 11 June 2023 at Moll de la Fusta, Port of Barcelona.

Over 10,000 members of the local Filipino and Spanish communities, as well as tourists, joined the celebration.

QEV Technologies, a pioneering Catalan company dedicated to promoting greener solutions in the transportation industry, unveiled the electricity-powered e-jeepney which sparked a wave of nostalgia and became an instant crowd favorite among Filipinos at the event.
