HONOLULU 03 January 2024 – Acting Head of Post Pamela F. Durian-Bailon led the officers and staff of the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu in commemorating the 127th Anniversary of Jose Rizal’s Martyrdom with a flag raising and lei offering ceremony at the Consulate grounds.
