Spouse of PHL Ambassador to UAE Hosts ASEAN Ladies’ Circle – Abu Dhabi Meeting and Celebration of the National Women’s Month

Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno, Spouse of the Philippine Ambassador to the UAE, Chair of the Philippine Ladies Circle (PLC) Abu Dhabi and Founding Chair of the ASEAN Ladies’ Circle (ALC) – Abu Dhabi (seated, center), hosted the meeting of the ALC – Abu Dhabi and celebration of the National Women’s Month on March 06 at the Dusit Thani Club Lounge, Abu Dhabi.
