PHL Embassy in Hanoi Celebrates Women's Month

The Philippine Embassy in Hanoi, Vietnam organized a Basic Self-Defense Training attended by the officers and staff of the Philippine Embassy and members of the Filipino community on March 11 at the Philippine Embassy premises as part of the Women's Month celebration. Ms. Rocel Catalan, a Mix Martial Arts coach focused her training on the sixteen basic strikes of self defense.
