28 July 2016 - The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco conducted a consular mission on Saturday and Sunday, July 14 and 23 at the St. Albert the Great Gymnasium in Reno, Nevada.

Headed by Team Leader, Vice Consul Carlyn A. Monastrial, the Consulate was able to process the following services:  206 passport renewals and four (4) lost passports, 69 acknowledgements, one authentication and nine other certifications/affidavits.  There were 12 reports of marriage and three reports of birth.  41 people availed of Dual Citizenship, with two minor derivatives

The eight-member team was assisted by the Filipino Community in Reno, Nevada, headed by Mr. George Michael Alvendia and Ms. Thelma Frias.  Volunteers were able to pre-process documents of Filipinos in need of consular services and maintain order in the course of the outreaches.
