29 July 2016- Philippine Honorary Consul to the Republic of Marshall Islands (RMI) Dr. Alexander Z. Pinano handed over to Her Excellency Hilda Heine, President of the Republic of Marshall Islands a cheque in the amount of US$50,000.00 representing the Philippine Government’s financial assistance/donation to RMI for the severe drought caused by the El Niño phenomenon.
