03 August 2016— Honorary Consul General Ashwin Muthiah of Chennai and his spouse called on Ambassador Ma. Teresita C. Daza on July 29.  The occasion coincided with the oath taking of the newest member of the PHCG Chennai, Honorary Vice Consul E.N. Rangaswami.  Honorary Consul B.
