26 August 2016 — The Philippine Embassy in Oslo conducted a two-day consular outreach service in Copenhagen, Denmark, in cooperation with the Philippine Honorary Consulate General in Copenhagen under Mr. Poul Krogh from August 20 to 21.

The three-member team from the Embassy was composed of Collecting Officer and Attaché Asteria Aguilloso, Attaché Eva Margie G. San Miguel, and Attaché Loreto Riolada.

The consular team processed two hundred seventy-two (272) ePassport applications, civil registrations, and notarial and authentication services. A pre-registration system was implemented for all applications.

The consular outreach provided an opportunity for the Embassy team to demonstrate the features of the new Philippine visa system to the Philippine Honorary Consulate General in Denmark.

The mobile outreach aims to bring the Embassy’s consular services closer to Filipinos residing in the different Scandinavian countries under the post’s jurisdiction. END
