30 August 2016 — The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 27th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Jubail on August 26 to 27.   

The team processed 367 e-Passport applications, 18 extensions of passport validity, nine Reports of Birth,one R.A. 9048 petition, one authentication, and 122 notarial services.  The team also released 118 new e-Passports.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Esmayaten M. Macapundag, Arturo L. Arpia, Maria Luisa P. Collado, Margarita P. Manigo, Eujames C. Acopan, and Johar N. Casad. They were assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Jubail.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the team conducted a client feedback survey among 350 clients, of which 241 or 68.86% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on September 02 to 03 in Golden Tulip Hotel in Buraidah. END
