05 September 2016 — Philippine Consul General to Hong Kong Bernardita L. Catalla was one of the VIP guests during the opening ceremony of Natural and Organic Products Asia (NOPA) on August 31. On its third year, NOPA was organized by Diversified Communications Hong Kong and ran until September 02 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.

The fair featured 250 international exhibitors from Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Chinese Taipei, Thailand and the United States. Sweden was the featured country this year.

This year’s NOPA showcased four areas: natural food, natural beauty and spa, health and nutrition, and natural living.

The three-day expo drew industry professionals who shared their insights on business development and leading market trends, as well as cooking demos.

A Hong Kong distributor, The Path of Health Ltd, exhibited virgin coconut oil products sourced from the Philippines under the brand name Manna. According to Ms. Nerrisa Ng of The Path of Health Ltd., it was one of their best-selling products. END
