08 September 2016 — The Philippine Embassy in Athens conducted a consular outreach in Nicosia, Cyprus from September 03 to 04 at the Philippine Consulate in Nicosia. This is the Embassy’s 4th consular mission to Cyprus this year.
The Consular team provided a total of 297 services, including processing 293 ePassport applications and four notarizations. The team also conducted consultations with the Filipino community on dual citizenship, change of status from single to married, registration of births and marriages, as well as contributions to Pag-IBIG and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA).
The consular outreach was conducted with the support of Ms. Shemaine Bushnell-Kyriakides, Honorary Consul of the Philippines in Cyprus and volunteers from the Filipino community in Cyprus. END
