27 September 2016 — Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Antonio A. Morales met with the Ambassador-designate of Sweden Mr. Harald Fries at the sidelines of the Sweden-Southeast Asia Business Summit at the Park Royal Hotel at Upper Pickering in Singapore on September 21.

During the meeting, Mr. Fries informed Ambassador Morales on the reopening of the Swedish Embassy in Manila, which the latter hailed as a positive development in Philippine-Swedish relations. Ambassador Morales also had an opportunity to meet Swedish Minister Mikael Damberg at the summit. END
