10 October 2016 – The nine embassies comprising the ASEAN Committee in Cairo (ACC) gathered for an afternoon of fun and entertainment during the ASEAN Family Day, held at the Sakkara Country Club.

Personnel of the Philippine Embassy in Cairo and their families, led by Ambassador Leslie J. Baja, joined in the various parlor games, meant to enhance friendship and camaraderie among the ASEAN embassies.

The ACC is a grouping of the embassies of the Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Viet Nam in Cairo, which meet regularly for networking and cooperation. END.
