13 October 2016 — Philippine Ambassador to Jordan Junever Mahilum-West hosted a luncheon meeting for the members of the ASEAN Ladies Circle in Amman at her residence on October 11.

The meeting was attended by the wives of ASEAN Ambassadors in Amman, the wives of the ASEAN diplomatic staff and female diplomats from ASEAN Embassies in Jordan. 

ASEAN Embassies in Jordan include Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand. 

The participants discussed ASEAN embassies’ future activities such as the ASEAN Family Day, ASEAN Film Week, Lecture on Arabic and Islamic Influences in the ASEAN Region, ASEAN Karaoke Booth in the Annual Diplomatic Bazaar and sports tournaments. END
