27 October 2016 — The Federation of Filipino Communities and Associations in Italy (FEDERFIL) is preparing for the Overseas Filipino Workers Awards to be held in Milan, Italy on December 04.

Heading the organization is FEDERFIL Chairman of Board of Directors Mr. Ariel Lachica, joined by Milan organizing team of Ms. Evelyn Revilla and Ms. Chona Brijuega of SODALIS- Milan. 

Philippine Consul General to Milan Marichu Mauro joined the meeting and offered the support of the Philippine Consulate General.  The event will give recognition to outstanding overseas Filipinos who have inspired other Filipinos through their achievements and successful works that contributed to the development of the Filipino community in Italy.
