23 October 2013 – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh will conduct its second Consular Outreach or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in Buraydah, Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia from October 25 to 26 at the city’s Philippine International School.

 

The EOW originally set on October 24 and 25 was rescheduled in accordance with the changing of weekends in Saudi Arabia.

 

The consular outreach will cater topassport renewals, new passport applications for new born babies, notarials, processing of reports of birth, and other consular services.

 

Only passport applicants who have been booked an appointment online, and those qualified for exemptions, as indicated below, shall be accommodated. The list of applicants will be posted on the Embassy website at: www.philembassy-riyadh.org in the coming days.  Applicants are advised to visit the Embassy’s website to check their names and their corresponding times of processing. Kindly note that applicants for other consular services do not require online appointments.

 

Only applicants who are in the appointment list will be accommodated except for the following applicants:

 

§  New born babies 1 year old below;

§  Pregnant women with medical certification;

§  Senior citizens aged 60 years old and above;

§  Applicants with mental and physical disabilities; and

§  Applicants who have lost their passports and wish to file for the replacement.

 

Applicants under the exemptions will be accommodated on the second day of the activity from 8:00AM to 12:00PM only.
