11 November 2016 —Consul General Victorio Mario M. Dimagiba, Jr., in his capacity as Charge d’ Affaires, a.i., received a group of students and faculty members headed by Dr. Orlando Cabigting, Jr., Dean, College of Arts and Sciences of the New Era University, who were on an educational tour in Singapore on November 09.  During their visit, the students learned about the Embassy’s services, the guidelines for tourists in Singapore, and the situation of Filipino nationals in the city-state.
