17 November 2016 – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 35th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Buraidah from November 11 to 12.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul General Iric C. Arribas, Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Mr. Allani Acmad, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, and Mr. raymund S. Aquino. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Buraidah.
The team processed 355 ePassport applications, 27 Extension of Passport Validity, 10 Report of Birth, and 73 Notarial services. The team was also able to release 215 new ePassports.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 300 clients, of which 142 or 47.33% responded as follows:
