24 November 2016 – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 37th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) for 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar from November 18 to 19.   

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul General Iric C. Arribas,                          Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Esmayaten C. Macapundag, Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Kristofferson T. Silca and Mr. Acas M. Bayabvao Jr, and was assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Al Khobar.

The Team was able to process four hundred (400) e-Passport applications, sixty-nine (69) Extension of Passport Validity, thirty (30) Reports of Birth, five hundred twenty-three (523) Notarial services, four Travel Documents and two Authentications. The Team was also able to release one thousand two hundred ninety five (1,295) new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 400 clients, of which 248 or 62% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be at Golden Tulip Hotel in Jubail from December 03 to 04. END
