23 October 2013 - Guests at the Salu Salo Filipino Culinary Competition had a taste of Filipino food ingenuity as chefs from Maharlika Restaurant, Masarap Dinner Club and Lumpia Shack battled it out in the kitchen last October 13 at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in Manhattan. Niel Syham of Lumpia Shack (center) bagged the grand prize, awarded by Consul General Mario L. De Leon, Jr. (right).
