24 October 2013 – Philippine delegates to the Philippines-US Mutual Defense Board Meeting paid a courtesy call on Consul General Julius D. Torres last October 18 at the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu.

The delegation was headed by Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff, Gen. Emmanuel Bautista and Foreign Affairs Assistant Secretary for American Affairs Carlos D. Sorreta.

Other members of the delegation includes Rear Adm. Jaime Bernardino, Vice Commander of the Philippine Navy; Lt. Gen. Noel Coballes, Commanding General of the Philippine Army; Maj. Gen. Romeo Tanalgo, Commandant of the Philippine Marine Corps; Rear Adm. Rodolfo Isorena, Philippine Coast Guard Chief, Lt. Gen. Lauro Catalino de la Cruz, Commanding General of the Philippine Airforce, Dir. Rosalita Prospero, Office of American Affairs, Department of Foreign Affairs and other ranking members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and DFA.

The three-day meeting was held at Camp Smith, Headquarters of the US Pacific Command, Honolulu, Hawaii. END
