06 December 2016 – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 39th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Jubail from December 02 to 03.   

Led by Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal, the Consular team was composed of Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Ramil E. Arana and Mr. Edgar V. Dizon. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Jubail.

The team was able to process three hundred sixty-four (364) e-Passport applications, twenty (20) extensions of passport validity, seven Reports of Birth, two Authentications, and one hundred twenty-seven (127) Notarial services. The team was also able to release two hundred ninety (290) new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 500 clients, of which 379 or 75.8% responded as follows:
