19 December 2016 — Philippine Ambassador to Italy Domingo P. Nolasco and Charge d’Affaires Charlie Manangan of the Philippine Embassy to the Holy See joined hundreds of Filipinos in Rome who attended the First-ever Simbang Gabi Mass celebrated at St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican City.
