21 December 2016 – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh held its 40th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels (EOW)” from December 11 to 15 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar.
During the five–day mission, a total of 1,047 passport renewal applications or a daily average of 209 applicants.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 1,040 clients, of which 998 or 96% responded as follows:
The next consular outreach mission will be held in in Sakaka, Al Jouf on 13-14 January 2017. END
