22 December 2016 — Kababayan Multicultural Centre pays courtesy call on Philippine Consul General to Toronto Rosalita Prospero. The Consul General conveyed her appreciation to Kababayan for its dedicated work towards providing free counseling services to Filipinos in Canada.
