Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. delivered his message at the Bayanihan Festival 2016 on December 16 at the Dubai World Trade Center, Dubai.  The annual event was organized by The Filipino Community – Dubai and Northern Emirates (FILCLUB Dubai) in collaboration with the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai.

Ambassador Vingno and Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno graced the event and presented the Dakilang Bayani Awards to the winners. They were joined by Consul General Paul Raymund P. Cortes and Madame Yasmin Balajadia-Cortes of the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai, and Dr. Wafa Kasimieh, Chairman of the Bayanihan Festival 2016.
