30 October 2013 - Philippine Ambassador to South Africa Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. and his wife, Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno, hosted the opening reception to launch “Simple Photography”, an exhibition of photographs by South Africa-based Filipino Dr. Judy M. Calica on October 14 at the National Library of South Africa (NLSA), Pretoria. Members of South African diplomatic corps were on hand to witness the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the exhibition. The photo exhibit ran from October 14 to 18. END
