20 January 2017 – Consul General Neil Frank Ferrer of the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver met with Mr. Peter Evans, President of Harbour Air Group, the world’s largest seaplane transport company during a visit to the company’s main office and terminal in Richmond, Vancouver.
