30 January 2017 – Philippine Ambassador to New Delhi Ma. Teresita C. Daza chaired the 106^th ASEAN New Delhi Committee (ANDC) meeting at Shangri-la’s Eros Hotel, New Delhi on January 24.

 ASEAN Heads of Missions together with Deputy Chiefs of Missions/Representatives attended the meeting.

 As the outgoing ANDC Chair, the Philippine Ambassador reported on the ANDC activities undertaken from July to December 2016.  she discussed the plans for the commemoration of the 50^th Anniversary of ASEAN and the 25^th Anniversary of ASEAN-India Dialogue Partnership in 2017.

 The meeting also served as the venue for the Philippines to introduce its new Deputy Chief of Mission, Mr. Arvin R. de Leon to ASEAN Heads of Missions and the latter’s counterparts.

 Ambassador Ma. Teresita C. Daza handed over the ANDC Chairmanship to Singapore High Commissioner Lim Thuan Kuan as the incoming ANDC Chair for the period January to June 2017. END
