19 December 2016— Ambassador Jaime Victor B. Ledda and Embassy personnel welcomed Ms. Zoey Ivory, The Netherlands’ candidate to the Ms. Universe pageant in Manila, and Ms. Kim Kotter, a former Ms. Netherlands and the organizer’s representative, during their visit to the chancery. 

Ms. Ivory said she looked forward to visiting the Philippines and to help promote Philippines-Netherlands relations, particularly water management cooperation between the two countries. 

The Embassy took the opportunity to update Ms. Netherlands 2016 on several topics on the bilateral relations, current events in the Philippines, Philippine culture and visitor attractions as well as the Filipino community in The Netherlands. END
