20 February 2017 DUBAI — The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai and the Northern Emirates recently conducted the phase 2 of the Psycho-Social Seminar Series at the Luzon Hall, POLO on February 17. 

The module, “Counseling the Counselor’s Program: Deepening Self-Awareness and Social Skills,” is the last leg of the series designed to enhance the capability and skills of the Consulate General’s staff in handling the cases of distressed Filipinos.
