21 February 2017 ABU DHABI — Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. delivered his message at the Induction of Officers and Board of Directors of the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP) – United Arab Emirates Chapter at the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi on February 17.   

Third Secretary and Vice Consul Rowena Pangilinan-Daquipil led the induction of new Officers and Board of Directors of IECEP – UAE Chapter headed by Engr. Analiza Binondo, President and Chairperson of the Board for 2017.  Immediate Past President Engr. Ronald Esguerra delivered the Opening Remarks. END
