27 February 2017 INDUSTRIAL CITY, RIYADH – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh held its second consular outreach services or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) for male applicants at the Da’awah Islamic Center in Riyadh 2nd Industrial City on February 18.

Vice-Consul Noel L. Rodriguez (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr., and Mr. Johar Casad made up the Embassy Consular Team. Filipino community volunteers from the Da’awah Islamic Center assisted them.

During the EOW, the Team processed 288 ePassport renewal applications, seven extensions of passport validity, and one notarial. 

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 280 clients, of which 165 or 59.00% responded as follows:
